In 2000 Mr. Strand and Mr. Rosedale joined their practices to better represent the injured. The goal of their personal injury practice is to obtain fair and adequate compensation for the injured. They attempt to bring claims to a conclusion through negotiated settlements, and are successful in settling over ninety percent of their cases. However, when settlement is not obtainable they aggressively represent their clients at trial.

Our success at obtaining settlements is based in part on the fact that we prepare and proceed through trial when fair settlements are unobtainable. The fact that we do successfully proceed through trial is known to the insurance companies.
